The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader in Minnesota. This role partners with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandise execution, and operations while developing Teammates and recruiting new team members.

Base pay includes commission, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and some retail experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• 1–3 months related retail experience and/or training
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service
• Lead sales generation and guest engagement; meet performance goals
