This full-time role provides exposure to multiple areas of the manufacturing environment, aiming to develop future leaders. Candidates will engage in hands-on learning and be responsible for developing and implementing new strategies. To qualify, 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment or a relevant degree is preferred. Local travel is required, and the candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Preferred 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related areas preferred.
• Experience with leadership and mentorship is a plus.

Responsibilities
