Job summary

You will complete online and in-person courses, set program goals with leaders, build cross functional relationships, and gain experience with systems like Microsoft D365, Tabware, and Enovia as you prepare to lead teams.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor’s degree in a related area.
• Preferred areas include Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering; Business/Leadership/LEAN focus in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean, operations, and supplier collaboration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Master learning modules that build a foundation for leadership within Lippert, including Accounting, Engineering, EHS, Innovation, Inventory Control, Leadership & Culture, Lean, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality.
• Complete online eLearning and in-person courses to supplement day-to-day learnings.
• Establish short-term and long-term program goals and expectations.
• Develop relationships with various team members and leaders.
• Learn internal systems such as Microsoft D365, Tabware, Enovia, etc.
• Be passionate about winning and eager to learn more.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
