Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking high-potential talents for its Enterprise Leadership Development Program Associate. You will rotate through three progressively responsible roles, gaining exposure to Product Management, Sales/Marketing, Strategy, and Continuous Improvement while receiving formal development, mentorship, and coaching.

The program includes a strategic career journey, senior leadership visibility, and ongoing performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and on a path to an MBA.
• 3+ years of work experience, preferably within an industrial products company.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Mobility within the US strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional / cross-departmental outlook and managing the various direct and indirect relationships.
• Responsible for timely execution of agreed-on KPIs and presenting activities and outcomes to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Develop a broad-based understanding of all areas of our business while acquiring unique leadership skills and capabilities for Regal Rexnord.
• Learn about a culture of continuous improvement and how that drives superior shareholder and customer value.
• Proactively develop and maintain broad knowledge of the technical disciplines in the respective functional area(s).
• Work within a strong mentorship relationship; willing to solicit feedback and take direction.
