Qualifications

• 1–3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence
• Aims to develop the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year
• Create joy and real connections with guests and teach the team to do the same
• Lead in fast problem solving and motivate the team to surpass goals
• Hit sales goals through fast, friendly service and connection with guests
• Lead on issue resolution with calm professionalism and listening to understand
• Understand how daily actions affect the Profit & Loss statement
• Manage admin tasks and connect them to store success
• Oversee cash handling and cashier policies on shift
• Order placement, receipt, inventory, waste control, and rotation of stock
• Keep a holistic view of store success beyond a single shift
• Seek root causes to implement sustainable improvements
• Live Caribou core values in every interaction
• Commit to personal growth and feedback
• Maintain a global view of the Caribou brand from shift to district to company
