You will lead with a focus on culture, sales, and operational excellence, while developing the next generation of leaders and ensuring customer service excellence across shifts.

Qualifications

• Required: 1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
• Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Develops leadership to GM level within a year.
• Leads with joy, building real connections with guests and team.

• Manages cash handling and store funds on shift.
