Mister Car Wash is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGMIT) to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. The program prepares you to lead a location as a General Manager and advance through a structured launchpad.

Responsibilities include daily operations, data-driven decisions, and team coaching. The role emphasizes staffing support, performance management, and maintaining quality in a high-volume setting across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven leadership experience supervising shifts or managing people in a customer-facing environment.
• Understanding of high-volume retail or service operations and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences.
• Initiative and ability to lead by example, modeling core values while driving performance, motivation, and accountability.
• Excellent coaching and development skills with clear feedback and confidence-building.
• Strong organization and focus in fast-moving environments with competing priorities.
• Positive interpersonal skills and enjoyment of outdoor fast-paced work in all weather conditions.
• Eagerness to grow into a leadership role within a rapidly expanding, people-first company.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations, including opening and closing routines, quality, safety, and maintaining a smooth site flow.
• Analyze performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Acquire basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet customer quality expectations.
• Proceed to the Assistant General Manager role through the program’s launchpad toward becoming a General Manager.
