• Strong coaching and development abilities with clear feedback for growth.
• Stay organized in fast-moving environments with competing priorities and activity.
• Enjoy working with people outdoors in a fast-paced setting and be ready to grow into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operations from opening/closing to safety and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.

• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
