Job summary

Landscape Workshop (LW) is seeking an Associate Account Manager to develop into an Account Manager. This role involves leading crews, learning landscape operations, and managing a portfolio of commercial maintenance accounts.

You will receive hands-on training, mentorship from experienced leaders, and exposure to field labor tasks, with a structured developmental program aimed at advancing to management positions.

Qualifications

• A two or four year degree in a relevant field.
• At least one internship in the landscape industry OR equivalent industry work experience.
• Knowledge of machinery and trucks used in delivering services.
• Demonstrated ability to design small landscape projects.
• Experience with and basic knowledge of computer operation. Ability to learn Aspire quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record over the last three years.
• Ability to pass required Department of Transportation physical.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on properties, operate equipment, and supervise crews to meet work and scheduling demands.
• Lead planting and installation of flower beds, soil prep, mulch application, planting, and watering.
• Lead crew by enforcing safety regulations and coordinating equipment and materials.
• Communicate regularly with the Account Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment and vehicles, including cleaning and servicing.
• Engage in physically demanding tasks and manual landscaping work.
• Participate in the Associate Account Manager Training Program and related development modules.
• Attend Account Management Training within seven months of joining the LW program.
• Model company values and customer value proposition to crew members.
• Participate in weekly branch meetings and other tasks as assigned by leadership.
