Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking motivated individuals for an Associate Account Manager (AAM) role to build leadership and client-management skills. You will train alongside experienced leaders in landscape operations, crew leadership and portfolio management.

Expect hands-on field work, safety leadership, and training in software and operations as you prepare for promotion to Account Manager. This is a strong growth track in a performance-focused team.

Qualifications

• A two- or four-year degree in a relevant field.
• At least one internship in landscape or equivalent industry work experience.
• Knowledge of machinery and trucks used in delivering services.
• Ability to design small landscape projects.
• Experience with computer operation and ability to learn Aspire quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record (3 years).
• Ability to pass required Department of Transportation physical.
• Good physical condition; able to supervise workers and perform manual labor.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on properties with crews (mowing, edging, pruning, weed eating).
• Lead crew, enforce safety, and coordinate equipment and materials.
• Communicate with Account Manager to meet client needs.
• Maintain equipment; load/unload, wash, oil, and service blades.
• Handle physically demanding tasks and operate hand/power tools.
• Participate in the Associate Account Manager Training Program.
• Attend Account Management Training class within 7 months (5 days, Birmingham, AL).
• Model company values and customer value proposition to the crew.
• Join weekly branch meetings; take on assigned tasks from leadership.
• The AAM role is a stepping-stone to becoming an Account Manager.
