Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Homestead, FL to train as a future Account Manager. You will gain hands-on experience in landscape operations, crew leadership, client service, and account management while developing management skills.

The role requires a two- or four-year degree in a relevant field, internship or equivalent experience, and the ability to learn Aspire software with basic machinery knowledge.

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year degree in a relevant field is required.
• Internship in landscape industry or equivalent experience is required.
• Ability to operate and learn landscape machinery and software (Aspire).
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on properties with crews and equipment as needed.
• Lead planting and installation of beds, containers, and irrigation prep.
• Coordinate crew, equipment, and materials to meet job site needs.
• Communicate regularly with the Account Manager to ensure client expectations are met.
• Enforce safety regulations and lead crew on job sites.
• Participate in Associate Account Manager Training Program for development.
