Job summary

Landscape Workshop in the Southeast is seeking motivated individuals for an Associate Account Manager training role. The position emphasizes field labor, crew leadership, and rapid development through structured programs.

Candidates should have a related two- or four-year degree and at least one landscape internship or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining equipment, coordinating crew and logistics, and ensuring client needs are met while upholding LW safety

Qualifications

• Requires a two- or four-year degree in a relevant field.
• At least one internship in landscape or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of machinery and trucks used in landscape service delivery.
• Ability to design small landscape projects.
• Experience with computer operation; ability to learn Aspire quickly.
• Excellent written and oral communication in English.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year record; ability to pass DOT medical.
• Good physical condition and ability to supervise workers, perform manual labor, and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment; assist crew with mowing, edging, pruning, weed eating.
• Lead crew by enforcing safety rules and coordinating transport of crew, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate with Account Manager to align with client needs and resolve concerns.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance: wash, blades, oil, filters, grease.
• Handle physically demanding landscaping tasks: lifting up to 50 lbs, long walks, bending and kneeling.
• Participate in Associate Account Manager Training Program and AM shadowing for accelerated development.
• Attend Account Management Training class within seven months (as scheduled).
• Model LW values and procedures to crew members; participate in weekly branch meetings.
• Other duties as assigned by branch leadership; AAM role is a training path toward Account Manager.
