Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design.
• 1+ years of hands-on residential design experience.
• Proficient in SketchUp, CAD, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Support the design team through the whole design process.
• Space planning and design adjustments.
• Create mood boards and gather inspiration for the team and clients.
• Source FF&E and materials.
• Keep the materials library organized.
• Work with drafters to create specifications.
• Stay in regular contact with clients and answer questions.
• Prepare and lead presentations.
• Shop with clients and visit showrooms.
• Communicate and follow up with contractors and vendors.
• Site visits and construction administration.
