Job summary

YossiG is seeking a Lead Drafter to convert design concepts into precise, buildable drawings for high-end residential and multifamily interiors. You will own drawing packages from development through construction, ensuring accuracy and constructability.

With 5+ years in interior design or architecture and expertise in AutoCAD and Revit, you’ll lead technical development, review teams, and coordinate across disciplines to elevate drafting standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in interior design or architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit; SketchUp a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to translate designs into buildable docs.
• Familiar with NYC construction practices and codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and documentation of projects from design development to construction.
• Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and millwork drawings.
• Review, direct, and maintain drafting standards across teams.
• Coordinate backgrounds, consultants, and technical requirements across disciplines.
• Mentor junior and external drafters; ensure quality and consistency.
