Job summary

Evergreen Renovations and Roofing seeks a Residential Intermediate Designer to join a close-knit team. The role involves hands-on field work, coordinating with trades, and office-based production scheduling, client collaboration, space planning, and finishes sourcing.

The designer will progressively manage day-to-day schedules, and may, on success, participate in client meetings to initiate sales and earn a bonus on top of salary.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of interior design experience in kitchens, bathrooms, remodels.
• Degree in Interior Design or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production team to ensure on-site communication of project design requirements and quality control.
• Assess production schedule and identify requirements for upcoming projects, prioritizing tasks.
• Define scope of work and identify scheduling and purchasing requirements for finishes.
• Take measurements and develop drawings, renderings, and sketches as necessary.
• Collaborate with clients to finalize layout, cabinetry, product selections, and manage project budget.
