Job summary

GAP Solutions Inc in the United States is seeking a Junior Human Resource Specialist to support managers, program staff and customers in staffing, classification, benefits, recruitment, compensation, SES programs, work-life programs and employee relations.

You will perform payroll actions, create HR folders, assist with SOPs, provide guidance, and support desk audits while maintaining employee records and responding to applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or 3 years federal HR experience equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Ability to work in groups or independently.
• Strong organization and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with NFC, eOPF, WebTA, SharePoint, Oracle, SQL.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status with 3+ years residence.

• Process personnel and payroll actions and leave audits.
• Create vacancy, retirement and payroll folders.
• Research waiver and hearing requests.
