Mister Car Wash is hiring for an Assistant General Manager in Training (AGM IT). This accelerated development program is designed to prepare you for the Assistant General Manager position, ideal for someone passionate about growing leadership skills in a fast-paced customer service environment.

You will work with an experienced Certified Trainer to learn daily operations, analyze performance, and develop your team. This role is a launchpad toward leading a location as GM.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in a customer-facing environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or service operations is required.
• Ability to coach and develop others, provide clear feedback, and drive performance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Learn the fundamentals of daily operation, including opening/closing routines, safety, and site flow.
• Understand performance data and make decisions that drive results.
• Strengthen team development, coaching, and performance management.
• Support staffing, recruitment, and employee relations.
• Learn basic functional and mechanical skills to maintain the facility and meet quality expectations.
• The program prepares you to lead your own location as a General Manager.
