Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader for our Duluth, MN store. You will perform a variety of sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work directly with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to grow sales and recruit teammates.

The role includes cashiering, merchandising, register procedures, and supervising team members to deliver a superior guest experience. Full-time position with comprehensive benefits and eligibility for leadership growth within Buckle.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates and guests
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and overall sales goals set by Store Management
• Lead by example with a high level of showmanship and customer service
