Responsibilities

• Complete training modules (clinical applications, GI anatomy, sales process).
• Build foundational competency in therapeutic GI space for product positioning and demos.
• Participate in in-services, new ET conversions, and hands-on support under senior guidance.
• Support ETM and CES in lab-focused education programs.
• Assist in day-to-day field operations, including account strategy and engagement.
• Promote new product launches, maintain current business, and drive adoption.
• Identify unmet needs and opportunities within key accounts.
• Document activities and funnel insights using Salesforce and Acuity MD.
