Job summary

Olympus Corporation in Minnesota is hiring an EndoTherapy Associate Territory Manager (ATM), a development role designed to build a strong early-career sales pipeline with clinical and business training in a field setting.

You will participate in comprehensive training modules and hands-on field experience, under supervision from senior leaders, with the goal of progressing to a full ETM role or moving into marketing or other field positions within Olympus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willing to travel 40–50% including evenings/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong leadership and learning mindset.
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Complete training modules: clinical apps, GI anatomy, sales process, product portfolio.
• Develop foundational GI space competency for product positioning and demos.
• Provide hands-on support for key procedures under guidance.
• Support ETM and CES in lab-focused education programs.
• Assist in day-to-day field operations: account strategy and territory planning.
• Promote product launches and drive category adoption.
• Identify unmet needs and new business opportunities in key accounts.
• Document activities in Salesforce & Acuity MD; support funnel insights.
