Job summary

Olympus EndoTherapy is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to develop a future-ready sales pipeline through clinical, commercial, and business training in a field setting. The program blends classroom and hands-on field experience, with mentorship from senior leaders, aiming to prepare associates for a future EndoTherapy Territory Manager role or transition into marketing or other field positions.

Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, the role requires travel up to 50% and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Willing to travel 40-50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Complete all training modules (clinical, GI anatomy, sales process, device fundamentals, business acumen, product portfolio certification).
• Develop foundational competency in the GI space to support product positioning and demos.
• Participate in in-services, new ET conversions, and hands-on support for key procedures under leadership guidance.
• Support ETM and CES in lab-focused education programs.
• Support ETM in day-to-day field operations including account strategy and engagement.
