Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, maintaining inventory and presentation standards, recruiting and training staff, and ensuring payroll and cash controls. Expect travel up to 50% of the time as you coordinate across district stores.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Merchandising experience required.
• Recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Lift 30e50 lbs and perform physical tasks regularly.
• Experience in multi-unit retail management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.
• Analyze district sales results and trends to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandise presentation to maximize sales.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and store-level scheduling.
• Ensure cash control, audits, and shrinkage management across district.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional, safe environments.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee operations district-wide.
