You will also manage payroll and foster associate growth into leadership roles while providing outstanding customer service. Ideal candidates have strong leadership and merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience are required.
• Experience with merchandising is required.
• Previous recruiting experience is required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. with frequent walking and standing.
• Multi-unit retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders that exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results and trends.
• Maintain inventory mix to maximize sales.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train associates.
• Foster growth of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours.
• Ensure Store Managers maintain cash control.
• Monitor inventory shrinkage throughout the district.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to oversee store operations.
