Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a District Manager in Training to oversee operations across multiple stores. You will lead store managers, drive sales, and ensure strong customer experiences while building a capable leadership team.

You’ll travel across your district up to 50% and participate in on-the-job training to develop multi-store supervision and payroll oversight skills, with a focus on safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervisory experience required.
• Experience with merchandising required.
• Recruiting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent lifting and walking.
• Multi-unit retail management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop store leaders that deliver shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations.
• Analyze district sales results to increase sales.
• Maintain inventory mix and merchandising presentation to maximize sales.
• Partner with store managers to recruit and train new associates.
• Foster the growth and development of associates into leadership roles.
• Manage payroll hours and store compliance.
