Job summary

Eleven Western Builders in Dallas, TX is seeking a Submittal Coordinator to manage construction project submittals and close-out from start to finish with precision.

You will learn processes, collaborate with Project Engineers, Field Supervisors, and subcontractors, and use Sage 300 and Procore to keep submittals on schedule.

The ideal candidate reads plans, communicates proactively, and helps drive project success across our retail construction portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or fast-food construction is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specs.
• Familiarity with Sage 300, Procore, and business management software.

Responsibilities

• Learn Eleven Western Builders services, processes and business lines.
• Meet with Project Engineers and Project Managers to understand job flow.
• Learn the submittal process and construct the submittal log.
• Work with Sage 300 and ProCore.
• Build positive working relationships with project team and stakeholders.
