Arlington Properties is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Mobile, AL to support leasing, operations, and team supervision at The Mirage on University. You’ll help drive resident satisfaction, handle rent processing, and assist with retention efforts, while training to lead your own community.

The role emphasizes Fair Housing compliance, property standards, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, or property management (1+ years strongly preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
