Arlington Properties, LLC is seeking a motivated Assistant Community Manager for The Mirage on University in Mobile, AL. This role supports leasing, operations, and team supervision while training to lead a community in the future.

You will handle rent processing, resident documentation, and retention activities, ensuring Fair Housing compliance and high service standards. A proactive communicator helps maintain resident satisfaction in a dynamic property setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
• 1+ years of leasing, sales, or property management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with proven organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager’s absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention efforts and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
