You’ll step into a leadership role, learn to manage day-to-day community operations, and collaborate with management to maintain high service standards for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or property management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and customer service best practices.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in leasing, operations, and team supervision.
• Take full responsibility for the community in the manager's absence.
• Process rent payments, invoices, and resident documentation.
• Assist with resident retention and event planning.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
• Monitor property condition and make improvement recommendations.
• Serve as a role model to peers and help maintain high operational standards.
