Job summary

WSP in the U.S. is seeking a Bridge Inspection Assistant Team Leader, Structural Engineer in Philadelphia, PA. In this role, you will support a variety of inspection-related projects, perform structural engineering work, and provide guidance to entry-level engineers.

The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, relevant certifications, and 1 to 3 years of experience in bridge inspection or related fields. You will split your work between office and field environments.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in bridge, tunnel, or ancillary inspection or design.
• Physically capable of performing continuous field work, including working at heights.
• Proficient knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Bridge & Infrastructure Inspection Team on various inspection projects.
• Perform professional structural engineering work and inspections.
• Assist in project research, field work, and preliminary design calculations.
