Job summary

ProMach, Inc. is seeking an early-career Automation Engineer in Moorestown, NJ to learn and build PLC, HMI, and motion control programs for high-speed labeling systems. You’ll work with senior engineers, gain ownership of real machines, and contribute to validation documents and ongoing improvement efforts.

This onsite role requires a BS in Electrical/Controls/Mechatronics or equivalent, strong communication, and a proactive, learning mindset to grow in a dynamic automation environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical, Controls or Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Early-career role with drive to learn and grow.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PLC, HMI, and multi-axis motion control programs for advanced labeling systems.
• Collaborate across automation, electrical, and mechanical engineers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for performance and reliability.
• Create documentation to support assembly, testing, servicing, and pharmaceutical validation documents.
