VERG Brooklyn is seeking a compassionate Client Service Representative to welcome clients and assist pets entering emergency or specialty care. You’ll check patients in and out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and help ensure smooth communication between clients and the medical team.

This role blends front desk duties with critical support, offering training, teamwork, and opportunities to grow in veterinary medicine.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook, office software).
• Veterinary experience and familiarity with Instinct are a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Check patients in and out, answer phones, schedule appointments, and process payments.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized front desk and facilitate communication between clients and medical staff.
• Assist with accounts receivable, patient reminders, or social media as needed.
• Provide friendly, compassionate customer service and address client concerns.
