Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma.
• Demonstrates basic veterinary technician skills.
• Comfortable managing hospitalized or potentially critical patients.
• Clear, concise communication with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to all patients.
• Greet patients and owners, admit to examining room, take weight and vital signs.
• Triage patients, assist with treatments and medications.
• Perform laboratory tests and take radiographs.
• Maintain hospital equipment and ensure cleanliness of facilities.
• Fill prescriptions and assist with file/documentation as directed.
