Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and team bandwidth on shift.
• Coordinate breaks, assist with conflicts, and model calm under pressure.
• Lead shift transitions, team huddles, and end-of-day wrap-ups.
• Support hospital leadership on coverage and ongoing coaching.
• Help the team stay focused on safety and quality care.
