Job summary

VEG ER for Pets is seeking a part-time Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced ER team. You will work on the front lines of emergency care, from triage through discharge, delivering gold-standard, emotionally intelligent nursing.

The role requires a CVT/RVT/LVT credential in the state of practice, 1+ year of ER experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation includes growth opportunities and travel/CE stipends.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in veterinary technology (AVMA-accredited).
• Credentialed as a veterinary technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) in the state VEG practice is located.

Responsibilities

• Triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing for emergencies.
• Deliver nursing care and emotional support from triage to discharge.
