VEG is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our front-line emergency teams. You’ll handle cases from triage to critical care, work with doctors, perform anesthesia, monitoring, and nursing care, and support pet parents in stressful moments.

Qualifications

• AVMA‑accredited veterinary technology program degree preferred
• Credentialed as a Veterinary Technician (CVT/RVT/LVT) in the state of the VEG practice
• 1+ year of experience in a veterinary technician role; emergency or specialty medicine preferred
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity
• Able to lift up to 25 kg and work in a noisy environment with odors

Responsibilities

• Treat every patient and person with care and keep them safe through tests and treatments
• Provide nursing care, treatments, and emotional support in critical moments from triage to discharge
• Support anesthesia, monitoring, and advanced nursing procedures
• Collaborate with doctors and teammates to shape and follow care plans
