Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Olympia, Washington, seeks a Client Service Manager for our emergency and specialty hospital. Pay is $30 - $35 per hour, dependent on experience and the Kahuna competency scale.

The role involves coaching client service staff, scheduling coverage, and acting as the liaison between clients, patients, and caregivers, with a focus on outstanding service and care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of proven success in managing professionals in complex organizations, either within veterinary/human medicine, hospitality, or client services industries.

Responsibilities

• Coach client service associates to be proactive in anticipating and addressing client services and to seek assistance with escalated situations.
• Schedule client service associates cost-effectively to ensure sufficient staffing for each shift.
• Act as a link between the client, the patient and the caregivers, offering feedback to co-managers to identify issues causing dissatisfaction.
• Participate as a member of the hospital management team by building positive internal relationships and supporting process improvements.
• Partner with recruiting for new hire selection or internal transfers to fill client service positions.
