Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of ER experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule for all ER Clinicians.
• Facilitate regular ER Clinician meetings.
• Mentor ER Clinicians and new support staff.
• Integrate emergency and specialty services.
• Assist in implementation of patient safety reporting.
• Contribute to recruiting new Emergency Clinicians.
• Assist in customer service issues.
• Partner with leadership to improve ER patient care.
• Stay abreast of hospital environment and personnel issues.
• Assist with capital purchases for ICU/ER department.
