Job summary

Spartan Emergency Response is hiring for a QRT Member to support manufacturing quality and repairs on emergency response vehicles. You will diagnose and fix defects, inspect components, and perform electrical/mechanical troubleshooting to ensure final vehicle readiness.

Work involves coordinating with engineering, maintaining accurate paperwork, and meeting production goals in a fast-paced plant environment. English communication and safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and understand truck specification documents.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure to precise measurements.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate in English.
• Must be detailed orientated and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve complex manufacturing problems.
• Install missing components or replace defective components as needed.
• Eliminate defects based on write-ups and self-inspection.
• Perform advanced electrical, plumbing, or mechanical troubleshooting.
• Lead resolution of electrical defects and reworks.
• Meet production goals and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Document and report defects to Quality and interact with engineering.
