Spartan Emergency Response (Spartan ER) is seeking a Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing activities for our emergency vehicle components. You will supervise a small team, align efforts with company goals, and ensure safety and quality in every build.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement across production lines. Candidate should bring 1–3 years in manufacturing, strong safety discipline, and excellent communication to mentor team members

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with at least 1–3 years in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong safety awareness and compliance with procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of three or more employees and coordinate daily production needs.
• Ensure production goals align with company objectives and quality standards.
• Serve as liaison between team members and other departments.
• Allocate resources, manage process flow, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead team meetings and provide regular performance feedback.
• Support training plans and participate in performance evaluations.
