Job summary

Spartan Emergency Response, part of REV Group, Inc., seeks a Plumber to support fabrication and assembly of emergency response plumbing systems at our Brandon, SD site. You will read plumbing drawings, cut, bend, assemble, and test piping and components, ensuring high-quality assembly and leak-free operation.

Preferred candidates have 1–2 years of plumbing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and ability to read drawings and use a tape measure.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1-2 years of plumbing experience.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Cutting and threading pipes using pipe cutters, cutting torch, and pipe threading machine.
• Bend pipes to the required angle using a pipe bending machine or by hand.
• Join pipes with screws, bolts, fittings, solder, and caulk joints.
• Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes.
• Fill pipe systems with water or air and read pressure gauges to check for leaks.
