Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to clients and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of agency programs and share information.
• Manage transportation and gift card reports and check issuance tracking.
• Enter data accurately in CWW, WWP, and ECF systems.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations and event flyers.
