Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience allowed.
• 2 years related experience preferred; training/coaching/mentoring experience beneficial.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, schedule, and facilitate required training for all emergency shelter staff.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing professional development for staff.
• Monitor fidelity to the agency’s treatment model and provide coaching as needed.
• Conduct quality control reviews to identify gaps in staff practice and safety procedures.
• Assist with licensing reviews, audits, and regulatory inspections.
• Collaborate with program managers to identify and address training needs.
