Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in program management, preferably in non-profit.
• Three years of experience supervising and developing a team.
• Knowledge of issues related to domestic violence, sexual assault, and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Support shelter staff with client-focused services and crisis intervention.
• Monitor program performance to meet goals and compliance standards.
• Participate in an On-Call schedule/rotation for program support.
