Job summary

Metropolitan Ministries is seeking a Case Manager to provide in-office and mobile case management for Emergency Shelter families in the Tampa area. You will evaluate needs, coach clients on self-sufficiency, and connect families with community services.

This role requires collaboration across program staff and partners to maximize service utilization. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in human services and at least two years of relevant experience, with bilingual Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent; two years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide Case Management services to Emergency Shelter families and coordinate services.
• Organize and lead family decision-making meetings.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure privacy per ethics.
• Coordinate with Metropolitan Ministries programs to meet family needs.
• Engage with community partners to plan for specific family needs.
• Deliver training to staff on Emergency Shelter services.
