Mary Bridge Children's Hospital is seeking an Emergency Services Technician to support patient care and assist with administrative and clinical procedures within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes safe, therapeutic environments and adherence to hospital policies.

Ideal candidates have CNA/NA-R/MA-P/EMT credentials with BLS and prior ED/acute care exposure; MA-P may be required within set timelines. Growth opportunities and supportive resources are highlighted in the work culture.

Qualificações

• Current Washington state certification/licensure as a CNA or NA-R, MA-P, MA-C or successful completion of EMT Training Course.
• MA-P or EMT will be required to obtain NA-R within 180 days of hire.
• CNA, NA-R, or EMT will be required to obtain MA-P within a specified date (Mary Bridge Hospital and Yakima locations do not require MA-P).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in providing direct patient care as directed by health care practitioner.
• Engage your critical thinking skills in maintaining a safe, therapeutic and aesthetic environment.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with the team to facilitate overall improvement in quality of care, patient experience, and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and other members of the health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
