They oversee program managers, maintain budgets, and ensure grant compliance through audits.

This full-time role handles agency forms, fosters collaboration with partners, and pursues funding opportunities aligned with our mission to transform lives and serve the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of the local Human Service delivery system, including public benefits programs, and experience working with low-income and/or homeless individuals.
• Supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• The Program Manager is responsible for the overall supervision and management of the Emergency Services Programs, including staffing assessments, safety, and staffing.
• Oversee various program managers and coordinators, maintain the program budget, and ensure grant compliance through audits.
• Coordinate with providers, represent the organization at meetings, and seek funding opportunities.
• Manage the department in alignment with the organization's mission and policies.
