Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is hiring an Emergency Services Project Manager in Portsmouth, VA. This in-person role requires strong communication skills and a proven ability in water damage and mold remediation management.

The ideal candidate will manage projects from initial inspection to billing while ensuring top-notch customer service throughout the mitigation process. A background in restoration project management and relevant certifications is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in water mitigation or restoration project management required.
• Direct adjuster relationship experience needed.
• Willingness to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties and build scope packages within 24 hours.
• Communicate with customers and adjusters directly.
• Run mold jobs from kick-off through clearance.
