Job summary

Rainbow International of Northern Virginia is seeking an experienced Rebuild Department Manager to plan, execute, and finalize emergency restoration repair projects. You will coordinate internal staff and third‑party contractors to meet deadlines and quality standards, defining objectives and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.

The role requires direct PM experience in restoration, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a project manager in emergency restoration and reconstruction
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and budgets in high-pressure environments
• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from start to finish
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables with senior management
• Communicate expectations to team and customers clearly
• Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve goals
