Job summary

Rainbow Restoration of Chesapeake is seeking a Mitigation Field Supervisor to oversee restoration projects on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. You will lead a small crew (2–4 technicians) and coordinate water, mold, and fire restoration tasks while maintaining strong client communication.

Ideal candidates have proven restoration experience, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license, with a proactive, safety‑minded approach to on‑site work.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the restoration industry or a related field is required.
  • Strong knowledge of water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration processes.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations related to restoration work.
  • Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with team members to execute water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration tasks.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work required for each project.
  • Manage project timeliness and communicate progress updates to clients.
  • Train and mentor team members on best practices in the restoration industry.
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively while maintaining safety standards.
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational for job efficiency.
  • Manage a team of 2 – 4 technicians.
  • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions.
