Responsibilities

• Leads throughput and capacity management, including bed assignment, LOS, and surge response.
• Partners with medical leadership to coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, addressing system constraints.
• Develops and evaluates initiatives to improve quality, safety, patient experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversees staffing models, scheduling, and labor deployment to align resources with demand.
